We are fortunate to have the support of a variety of businesses and suppliers who are keen to be part of the solution to the housing crisis. We are particularly grateful to our suppliers who have offered us discounts beyond the usual trade discounts. Since we are a not-for-profit enterprise, we use these discounts to reduce the cost of the houses. This makes a huge difference not only for us being able to keep the rent down, but for those who are renting to buy since they only pay the cost of their specific build.
